An online learning parental consent form is a consent acquisition form tool that schools need in order for the proper understanding of parents what entails the participation of their child in an online learning environment. Online learning involves various requirements such as the name and other identities that may pertain to the student, including the grade level and class information. Using the information allows every student to have their own identity and to be granted access individually while they are enrolled in for a class. With this information acquired, consent cannot be given directly by children. Therefore, parents who are primary custodians shall have the authority to grant such disclosure and for the school to use such information.
